ART DOLLS magazine will be accepting entries for the
2026 ART DOLLS Awards of Excellence (AAE) beginning May 16th, 2026
The entry period runs through October 31st, 2026.
Awards will be announced each December.

Past Winners of Award of Excellence

The AAE competition recognizes and encourages excellence in the design and creation of dolls. 
​Special categories are open to repaints and face-ups, doll fashions, and reborn dolls/silicone kits.

Each submission, judged by the best industry professionals, will be reviewed and rated for aesthetic appeal; excellence in concept, design, and execution; quality of materials; and workmanship.  The highest-scoring creations in each category receive the AAE Industry’s Choice awards with Certificate.

• 4. OOAK Fantasy Doll (Unique sculpt and finish)
• 5. OOAK Baby/Child Doll (Unique sculpt and finish)
• 6. OOAK Teen/Adult Doll (Unique sculpt and finish)
• 7. OOAK Fiber - Textile Art (Unique textile art in cloth or fiber medium)
