    • That I certify that the materials submitted by me for publication have not been submitted to any other publication unless noted on the article or with the submitted image;
    • They are original and previously unpublished, or are no longer under copyright;
    • That any article or image submitted has not been generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI) or if AI has been used, this is to be clearly stated with the submission;
    • To the best of my knowledge, item submitted does not infringe on material previously copyrighted by any person and/or company; and,
    • That I retain all rights to submitted articles and materials but that I have given ART DOLLS Magazine the right to utilize these materials provided that ownership reference is included in their usage.
